How does home delivery work?
Home delivery of your vehicle is possible with Black Concierge.
A check-out is carried out on site (condition of the vehicle, documents, handing over of keys).
The vehicle is delivered to the address you provide when placing your order.
Delivery charges:
Delivery costs €50.
In which country is my vehicle registered?
- All vehicles in the Black Concierge fleet are registered in Germany.
- All vehicles in the Black Concierge fleet are registered in France.
- All vehicles in the Black Concierge fleet are registered in Switzerland.
- All vehicles in the Black Concierge fleet are registered in Morocco.
Do I have to pay the deposit?
In most cases, yes, a security deposit is required for your rental.
However, there are cases where no further deposit payment is necessary:
- if you are already a customer,
- a vehicle as collateral
Apart from these cases, the deposit must be paid (by bank transfer, crypto, cash) before the start of your contract.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking my rental?
A deposit is required to reserve your rental.
- A deposit of €250 is required for all types of vehicles in France.
- A €50 deposit is required for all types of vehicles in Morocco.
- Payment via bank transfer, crypto, cash, Western Union, Ria
